Instant Digital Delivery
As a SaaS platform, 99% of our services are delivered instantly over the cloud. The moment your payment is confirmed, your restaurant dashboard is ready to use.
Digital Delivery (Software Subscriptions)
Instant Activation
All EatPe Solution subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Premium, etc.) are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment through our secure gateway (Razorpay/PhonePe), your merchant account is activated instantly.
License Keys & Access
You will not receive any physical CD or manual. Access to the Cloud POS, KDS, and QR Ordering Dashboard is granted directly via your registered email and mobile number. Login credentials and onboarding guides are emailed to you within 5 minutes of purchase.
Physical Goods Delivery (Hardware)
Hardware Dispatch
If you purchase physical add-ons (such as Thermal Receipt Printers, custom acrylic QR Code stands, or POS display devices) directly from EatPe, they will be shipped from our Abu Road, Rajasthan fulfillment center.
Shipping Timelines
Standard hardware orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location in India. Remote or Tier-3 cities may take up to 10 working days.
Courier Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once the package is dispatched.
Shipping Charges & Damages
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for hardware (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Promotional periods may offer free shipping, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If you receive a physically damaged hardware product, you must notify EatPe support ([email protected]) with unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement.
Where do we ship from?
All physical hardware (if ordered) is dispatched directly from our headquarters in Rajasthan. For any tracking queries, please contact our support team.
